It is necessary for students in both Aerial and Acrobatics to come dressed in some form of a bodysuit.

There are a few options to choose from! 

1) Full legged unitard (Ideal for students who attend both Aerial and Acrobatics to provide protection on the back of the legs on the Hoop, Trapeze, Silks, and Balance Beam)

2) Biketard, a body suit with built in shorts 

3)  A bodysuit and tights with dance shorts, or leggings on top

• Boys can wear shorts with leggings underneath or sweat pants and a t-shirt

This is very important for the safety of the students, when working on the apparatus as well as on the mats.

This can be as simple or complex as you choose!

It is simply necessary that students hair is tied back out of their face.

Some suggestions are:

1) A low ponytail

2) A low bun

3) Any form of Braids
